노즈에서는 딘스턴 특유의 보리 곡물과 리필 호그스헤드의 옅은 바닐라, 사과가 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 1996 빈티지 24년 숙성이 만든 정련된 결이 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 팰럿에서는 50도가 균형을 잡으며 꿀, 마른 풀, 옅은 향신료가 명확하게 드러난다. 하이랜드의 깔끔한 캐릭터가 발전한다. 피니시는 중간 길이로 곡물 단맛과 오크 탄닌이 깊게 머문다.
