테이스팅 노트
노즈는 같은 계열의 다른 캐스크보다 한층 건조하고 금속성이 강하며 마른 풀의 인상이 앞선다. 그을음과 건초, 밀랍 종이, 후추가 명확하게 드러나지만 과실은 좀처럼 나오지 않는다. 팰럿은 54도에서 금속성과 허브가 얽혀 레몬그라스와 페퍼민트가 발전하고, 물을 더하면 매콤한 레몬 마멀레이드와 생강, 정향이 열린다. 피니시는 길고 레몬과 생강이 남는다. 셰리 버트 27년 숙성치고 단맛보다 각이 앞선다.
