테이스팅 노트
하일랜드 도운의 딘스톤이 스페인산 오크에서 마무리한 14년산이다. 스패니시 오크의 영향으로 짙은 호박빛이 잔에 어린다. 향에서는 꿀과 건포도, 구운 견과의 향이 부드럽게 올라온다. 입에서는 57.9도의 힘이 흑설탕과 잘 익은 과실, 향신료로 번진다. 여운은 스패니시 셰리 오크의 단맛과 따뜻한 향신료가 묵직하게 길게 이어진다.

pretty citric at first, chalky and lightly bready, with touches of fresh oak, vanilla, lemon curd and a good glass of early IPA, say Sierra Nevada style. There are more brewers making IPAs than there are distillers making gin these days, am I not right? Nice fresh nose
restaurant 맛 (팔레트)
a little too spicy for me this time, probably some new oak feeling a little too much. Pepper, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom… Goes a little too far from me, this could have been Nigel Tufnel’s Deanston, if not The Goddam Gallows’ official tipple
timer 피니시
long, a little brighter again (lemon peel) and with good vanilla, but the heavy-ish peppers keep pestering us in the aftertaste
