테이스팅 노트
노즈에서는 1967년 증류된 올드 스프링뱅크답게 기름진 오크와 짭조름한 바닷바람, 말린 과일 향이 두드러진다. 21년 숙성에서 캠벨타운 특유의 묵직한 캐릭터가 명확하게 드러난다. 팰럿은 46도로 부드럽게 입을 채우며, 토피와 가죽, 옅은 훈연이 단단한 구조감을 이룬다. 피니시는 길고 복합적이며, 올드 보틀링다운 미네랄과 곡물 여운이 깊게 머문다.

starts on all sorts of dried fruits, honeys (pine, chestnut, lavender, acacia), wax, cooked apricot… Goes on with tarte tatin, butter caramel. It gets rather smoky after ten minutes or so, with some great crumb. Notes of old rum and vanilla. Perhaps it just lacks a little bit of vivacity
restaurant 맛 (팔레트)
lots of herbal tea and dust, cocoa powder and cinnamon, getting slightly bitter. Yet there’s a lot of light toffee, caramel, cooked apple, candy sugar… It even gets quite hot, but also tannic and dusty. The finish is quite long but again, rather tannic, that’s why my rating is ‘only’
