토모어 증류소가 1995년에 받아낸 원액을 더 싱글 캐스크 보틀러가 이십삼 년 만에 풀어낸 결과가 잔에 잘 익은 황금빛으로 머금어진다. 오십 점 칠 도의 안정된 도수가 스페이사이드의 단정한 캐릭터를 또렷이 드러낸다. 향에서 잘 익은 사과와 마른 풀, 옅은 꿀이 부드럽게 솟아오른다. 입에서는 곡물 비스킷과 핵과류 시럽, 옅은 시나몬이 부드럽게 풀려간다. 스페이사이드의 절제된 단맛이 끝맛에 깊게 머문다.

With water: lemon verbena, boozy dark chocolate gateau with cherries, wintergreen and even more of these subtle but definite medicinal herbal qualities
