sure it’s extremely punchy but it’s also rather ‘nosable’, displaying very ‘modern’ notes of vanilla, dried ginger and café latte, somewhat in the genre of the Glenlivet Nadurra or Glenmorangie Artisan/Astar. Superb clean oakiness, nougat and crystallised oranges. With water: excellent and very classy, clean, very compact, with a lot of vanilla again but also whiffs of fresh cellulose varnish and turpentine. Extremely straightforward!
restaurant 맛 (팔레트)
viscous and very hot but once again, rather drinkable (now, it’s no breakfast malt of course). Rich wood and a lot of spices, very ‘engineered’ and kind of Japanese if you see what I mean. With water: more fruits and more spices. Ginger spread on fresh strawberries
timer 피니시
very long, with the oak coming back for the signature
