테이스팅 노트
밀짚처럼 옅은 색이 잔 안에 담담하게 놓여 있다. 버번에서 숙성한 뒤 무르베드르와 시라 와인 캐스크를 거친 이 1992년 원액은 스프링뱅크로서는 드문 향의 옷을 입었다. 코에는 향수 같은 화사함과 풍선껌의 단내가 앞서고 뒤로 데운 우유와 캐러멜, 바닐라 크림이 흐른다. 46도의 입안은 단맛이 분명하고 흰 과일과 키위, 오렌지 주스의 산미가 결을 잡는다. 여운은 부드럽고 크림 같은 단맛으로 잔잔히 닫힌다.

ah, this batch is very different. Always these perfumy smells and bubblegum, but now there’s also lots of hot milk with caramel and vanilla cream. Not too bad!

again it’s better than the 1999. More defined, with more body. Caramel, sweet wine, vanilla cream, white fruits and kiwi, orange juice… Not un-enjoyable at all, I guess the next batches will be even better. 60 points .
