잔을 흔들면 화이트 와인처럼 옅은 술이 가볍게 돈다. 코를 가져가면 잘 익은 복숭아가 통째로 쏟아지듯 올라오고 해바라기유와 신선한 버터가 그 아래를 받쳐 스프링뱅크치고 유난히 곱다. 한 모금을 머금으면 51.5도의 기세가 살아나 풀과 밀랍, 향신료가 혀를 훑고 복숭아와 파인애플, 소금기가 사이를 메운다. 삼킨 뒤에는 오크에서 온 계피와 백후추가 뒤늦게 올라와 단맛을 정리한다.
