리필 셰리 벗에서 30년을 보낸 시간이 좀처럼 보기 드문 토모어의 원액에 깊은 단맛을 천천히 길러냈다. 코에는 건자두와 호두, 오래된 가죽의 향이 묵직하게 쌓인다. 55.7도의 도수를 타고 입에서는 무화과와 흑설탕, 쌉쌀한 다크초콜릿이 두꺼운 질감으로 흐른다. 짙은 적갈색 잔 속에서, 삼십 년 셰리 숙성의 진득한 여운이 향신료와 함께 길게 남는다.

With water: the sherry seems to come through a little more assertively now, lots of tobacco, cocoa, brown bread and toasted nuts. Still very fresh and wonderfully tense
