스페이사이드 그랜타운 외곽 부드러운 평지에서 자란 토모어는 다소 늦은 1958년에 세워진 모던 증류소다. 잔에 짙은 호박빛이 비치고 퍼스트필 PX 셰리 바리크 피니시 안에서 10년을 보낸 시간이 진한 단맛을 길어 올린다. 노즈에서 건자두와 흑설탕, 가벼운 가죽이 다가오며 56.2도의 술기운이 또렷이 따른다. 입에서는 호두와 정향, 다크 초콜릿의 풍미가 2015 빈티지의 단단한 풀바디를 펼친다. 여운에 마른 담뱃잎과 향신료가 길게 늘어진다.
