잔을 한 번 돌리면 토모어 25년이 리필 호그스헤드에서 익혀낸 묵은 꿀과 마른 풀잎 향을 풀어 놓는다. 잔을 코끝에 가져가면 스페이사이드의 깨끗한 보리 단맛이 리필 캐스크 특유의 옅은 오크 위에 깃든다. 한 모금을 머금으면 56.3도의 도수가 잘 익은 사과와 흰 후추를 동시에 밀어 올린다. 끝맛은 마른 풀의 청량한 잔향이 길게 따라온다.
