노즈에서는 토모어다운 부드러운 보리 몰트와 잘 익은 배, 옅은 꽃향이 명확하게 드러난다. 호그스헤드에서 30년을 보낸 만큼 바닐라와 마른 견과가 더해져 향이 단정하게 발전한다. 팰럿은 43도에서 보리사탕과 황도, 가벼운 오크가 균형을 이룬다. 오랜 숙성이 만든 매끄러운 질감이 구조감을 더한다. 피니시는 몰트와 옅은 향신료의 여운이 잔잔하게 이어진다.
