향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
스페이사이드의 토모어가 2012년에 채운 원액은 퍼스트필 버번 통에서 열두 해를 보내고 잔에 맑은 황금빛을 드리운다. 향은 바닐라와 코코넛, 잘 익은 노란 과일의 달큰함이 화사하게 솟아오른다. 60.8도의 높은 도수는 입안에서 꿀과 버터스카치, 시트러스의 단맛으로 가득 찬다. 퍼스트필 버번이 입힌 밝고 크리미한 결이 돋보이며, 여운에는 바닐라와 옅은 오크 스파이스가 길게 남는다.

despite the almost atomic strength, we find again the elegance of the distillate combined with bourbon cask, this time with a more marked tropical fruit side, notably banana and mango. All this combines very well with the vanilla and the small new world chardonnay side also present, along with some hoppy touches. With water: fresh wood, a vanilla pod just split open, brioche dough…
restaurant 맛 (팔레트)
simply excellent, even at 60%. Oranges, vanilla, mango, papaya… At least that is what we detect for the moment. With water: the saviours of malt whisky humanity arrive (eh?), lemon and mint. Slightly strong green tea as well (tannins)
timer 피니시
long, closer to oak and teas, though the fruitiness replies in the aftertaste. Oranges
