향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
노즈에서는 향수 같은 플로럴과 풍선껌 뉘앙스가 먼저 두드러지고 데운 우유와 캐러멜, 바닐라 크림이 뒤따른다. 짚빛 색조가 말해주듯 셰리보다 호그스헤드의 정갈한 결이 중심에 선다. 팰럿은 46도에서 단정한 무게를 지니며 스위트 와인과 키위, 오렌지 주스 같은 흰 과일로 발전한다. 피니시는 중간 길이로 감귤 껍질의 쌉쌀함이 남는다. 1993년 빈티지를 12년 숙성한 밀로이스 오브 소호의 선별작이다.

ah, this batch is very different. Always these perfumy smells and bubblegum, but now there’s also lots of hot milk with caramel and vanilla cream. Not too bad!

again it’s better than the 1999. More defined, with more body. Caramel, sweet wine, vanilla cream, white fruits and kiwi, orange juice… Not un-enjoyable at all, I guess the next batches will be even better. 60 points .
