맑은 황금빛이 잔 안에서 부드럽게 빛난다. 오크 캐스크에서 18년을 보낸 발블레어답게, 코끝에는 잘 익은 사과와 바닐라, 꿀의 향이 산뜻하게 어우러진다. 하이랜드 증류소의 1990 빈티지답게 입안에서는 보리 단맛과 과수원 과일, 옅은 향신료가 또렷하게 번진다. 46도의 질감은 매끄럽고 둥글게 흐른다. 이 보틀링의 여운은 사과와 꿀의 달콤함이 잔잔히 잠겨 길게 이어진다. 오랜 숙성이 빚어낸 단정한 과실미가 잔에 또렷하다.
