향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
맑은 황금빛이 잔 속에 따뜻하게 머문다. 하이랜드 발블레어가 1979년 버번 캐스크에서 스물네 해를 보낸 이 리미티드 에디션은 잘 익은 사과와 꿀, 바닐라의 향을 부드럽고 우아하게 피운다. 46도의 점잖은 술은 입안에서 보리 단맛과 시트러스, 은은한 향신료와 크림 같은 바닐라를 매끄럽게 풀어내며 오랜 숙성의 균형을 드러낸다. 여운에는 꿀과 잘 익은 과일, 부드러운 오크가 깔끔하고 길게 이어지며 하이랜드의 단정한 결을 전한다.

this one is very expressive at first nosing, all on flowers, fruits and slightly yeasty/mashy notes. Wild flowers, dandelions, butter pears, apple juice, gooseberries, vanilla-flavoured yoghurt, hints of tangerines and just touches of oak... Very ‘natural’ in these days when many whiskies get sort of flavoured (let’s not start...) Fresh and eminently ‘likable’
restaurant 맛 (팔레트)
light but not weak, fresh but maybe a little less clean than on the nose... Comes back into the line a little more as far as the palate is concerned but it’s still excellent malt whisky. Faint kirschy notes but good body, with a pleasant spiciness arising after a moment (white pepper and cinnamon)
timer 피니시
rather long, all on pears and soft spices. Again, very good ‘natural’ whisky, with a true taste of the Highlands (if that makes any sense). 85 points (more for the nose). Balblair 1979 (46%, OB, 15 casks, 2006) We’ve heard that this one is now almost sold out. Yes we’re late
