ah yes yes yes, this is ‘true’ Spirngbank in its naked glory. Not much to say except that it’s exactly, well Springbank from refill – yet not dead – wood. Graphite oil, linseed, motor oil, moss, humus, paraffin, coal smoke… Great
restaurant 맛 (팔레트)
same plus these touches of bitter oranges and lemon zests as well as a little cinchona yet again. Maybe the body is thinnish but nothing problematic. And I like these faint touches of white tequila and rum in the background

a bit short for Springbank but clean and very coherent. Bitter oranges and a touch of salt. Excuse me, a saltiness
