테이스팅 노트
노즈는 그을음과 신맛이 앞서는 유형으로, 용제와 아세톤이 먼저 드러난 뒤 레몬즙과 진, 분쇄한 맥아의 향으로 이어진다. 물을 더하면 소금에 절인 양배추와 바닷물, 엔진 오일 같은 인상까지 발전한다. 52도의 팰럿은 한결 부드럽지만 분필과 그을음, 레몬의 산미가 곧게 서고 풋고추와 소금이 뒤따른다. 버번 캐스크 10년 숙성의 피니시는 길고 후추와 짠맛으로 닫힌다.
