향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
노즈에서는 일본 닛카 요이치 2010 빈티지가 10년 숙성에서 발전시킨 옅은 피트와 잘 익은 사과 향이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 홋카이도 해안 증류소답게 옅은 짭조름한 미네랄 노트가 뒤이어 명확하게 드러난다. 팰럿에서는 57도가 입천장을 천천히 덮으며 가벼운 훈제, 마른 꿀, 백후추가 단단한 구조감으로 발전한다. 피니시는 옅은 피트와 광택 나는 오크가 길게 이어지며 닛카 요이치의 결이 또렷이 깃든다.
