테이스팅 노트
노즈에서는 요이치 1991 빈티지의 18년 뉴 캐스크 숙성이 만든 강한 오크 스파이스, 바닐라, 가죽 향이 두드러진다. 일본 홋카이도 증류소 특유의 묵직한 캐릭터가 명확하게 드러난다. 팰럿은 58도에서 진한 오크 탄닌과 캐러멜, 시나몬의 균형이 단단하다. 뉴 캐스크가 부여한 강한 우드 영향이 발전한다. 피니시는 마른 향신료와 가죽, 후추가 길게 이어진다. 요이치의 강건한 캐릭터가 또렷이 깃들어 있다.
