향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
향에서 옅은 피트 연기와 짭조름한 바닷내음, 잘 익은 과일이 곧게 솟아오른다. 20년을 보낸 일본 요이치는 해안 증류소다운 강건한 캐릭터가 팰럿에서 그을린 보리와 가죽, 다크 토피로 진하게 발전하며 55%의 도수가 단단한 골격을 세운다. 오랜 숙성이 더한 기름진 질감이 훈연과 과일을 묶어 준다. 피니시는 길고 짭짤하게 옅은 재와 흑설탕이 남는다. 일본 해안 몰트의 깊은 완성도가 분명한 한 잔이다.

sweet peat! Lou Reed could have written a song about it. Oranges and grapefruits, as sweets and as fresh juices, plus brine and green pepper, as well as a large teapot of lapsang souchong. With water: same. It’s one of the easiest peaters I’ve tried this year (we’re in 2017, am I not right?)
