퍼스트필 셰리 호그스헤드가 13년에 걸쳐 스트라스아일라에 짙은 단맛과 향신료를 새겨 넣었다. 향은 졸인 자두와 흑설탕, 정향이 진하게 솟아오른다. 57.9도의 입은 풀바디로 혀를 빽빽하게 감싸며 다크초콜릿과 건포도, 구운 오크의 쌉쌀함을 차례로 펼친다. 퍼스트필 셰리가 남긴 짙은 구릿빛 아래 여운에는 향신료와 카카오가 길고 따뜻하게 남는다.
