테이스팅 노트
잔을 세게 흔들어 두면 깊은 골드빛이 무겁게 잔 벽을 감싼다. 코를 가까이 하면 볶은 피칸과 호두가 먼저 인사하고 커피콩과 초콜릿이 뒤를 잇는다. 한 모금을 머금는 순간 59도의 두꺼운 질감이 입안을 채우며 마멀레이드와 짭짤한 생강이 한꺼번에 밀려든다. 버터크림과 프랄린의 단맛을 혀로 굴리다 삼키면 백후추의 매운 기운이 목을 타고 내려간다. 1997년 셰리 벗에서 19년을 보낸 흔적이 코팅처럼 길게 남는다.
