향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
노즈에서는 38년의 긴 숙성과 셰리 캐스크가 안긴 건포도와 마른 무화과가 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 페터케언다운 부드러운 몰트가 그 아래로 가죽과 오렌지를 더해 명확하게 드러난다. 41.8도의 팰럿은 잔잔하면서 호두와 다크초콜릿, 마른 과일이 균형을 이룬다. 피니시는 셰리 단맛과 묵은 오크가 길게 이어지며 노숙한 하이랜드다운 구조감이 단단하다.
