테이스팅 노트
카덴헤즈가 1995년에 병입한 21년 퓨어 몰트로, 노즈에서는 잉크와 석탄 연기, 검은 흙이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 뒤이어 검은 담배와 오렌지 계열의 신선한 과일, 태운 설탕이 명확하게 드러난다. 팰럿은 46%에서 쓴맛과 신맛이 앞서고 사워 비어와 오렌지 주스, 훈제 베이컨, 가죽이 차례로 발전한다. 결이 다소 거칠게 흔들려 매끈함보다 성격이 앞선다. 피니시는 중간 길이로 그을음과 짠 마멀레이드가 남는다.
