잔을 천천히 돌리면 오래된 황금빛이 잔 벽을 타고 느리게 흐른다. 코를 가까이 가져가면 43년 묵은 버번 배럴에서 온 바닐라와 코코넛, 캐러멜의 부드러운 향이 올라온다. 1972년 증류한 인버고든 그레인을 한 모금 머금으면 크리미한 질감 위로 토피와 시럽, 오래된 오크의 단맛이 번진다. 49.9도를 넘긴 뒤에는 바닐라와 가벼운 향신료가 길게 잦아든다.
