테이스팅 노트
깊은 호박빛이 잔 안에서 윤기 있게 감돈다. 하일랜드의 곡물 증류소 인버고든은 1972년에 증류되어 서른여섯 해를 보내며 그레인 위스키의 부드러움을 극단까지 끌어올렸다. 바닐라와 코코넛, 오래된 오크의 향이 48.9도의 도수를 타고 둥글게 열린다. 한 모금에는 크림 토피와 캐러멜, 옅은 시트러스가 비단처럼 미끄러진다. 여운은 달콤한 오크와 바닐라를 남기며 길고 매끄럽게 이어진다.

some varnish and mercurochrome at first nosing, which is a little strange indeed since this ought to be 44 or 45 years old, but there’s a much more delicate development, with soft coconut and vanilla cakes and wee bits of hay and moss. It’s all a little shy, which I find a little bizarre. No off-notes at all, having said that, rather more tropical fruits after one minute. Tiny mangos, perhaps. And, wait, after five long minutes, cigars!
