테이스팅 노트
일본 사이타마 산간의 뚜렷한 사계절 속에서 정밀하게 빚는 치치부는 짧은 역사에도 세계적 명성을 얻은 증류소다. 2010년 빈티지를 버번 배럴에서 숙성한 몰트 드림 캐스크는 옅은 황금빛을 띠고, 향에서는 잘 익은 멜론과 바닐라, 갓 깎은 나무가 또렷이 깃든다. 61도의 높은 도수에도 입은 꿀과 시트러스, 정갈한 오크의 단맛으로 또렷하게 입을 채우며 일본 위스키 특유의 섬세함을 드러낸다. 여운은 바닐라와 옅은 향신료로 깔끔하게 이어진다.
