테이스팅 노트
스페이사이드 노칸도의 탐두는 보리밭에 둘러싸인 채 전통 셰리 숙성을 고집해 온 증류소다. 셰리 버트가 어린 6년의 술에 짙은 구릿빛을 입힌다. 향은 건포도와 오렌지 마멀레이드, 흑설탕의 단내가 빽빽하게 솟는다. 60.2도의 강한 도수대로 입은 말린 과일과 계피, 볶은 견과가 진하게 밀려든다. 여운에는 셰리 단맛과 그을린 오크가 화한 기운과 함께 남는다.
