잔을 가까이 하면 1st 필 셰리 호그스헤드에서 비롯된 짙은 건포도와 당밀, 가향 담배 향이 명확하게 드러난다. 탐듀 특유의 풍부한 셰리 캐릭터가 30년의 숙성과 함께 원숙하게 발전한다. 팰럿은 말린 무화과와 다크초콜릿, 가죽이 43도의 부드러운 질감 위에 전개된다. 오랜 숙성이 셰리의 강도를 둥글게 다듬었다. 피니시는 당밀과 오크의 여운이 길고 부드럽게 이어진다.

we’re not far at all from the official 25, and to be honest, now that I’m trying this one, I have the impression that the 25 had a very ‘G&M style’. Yeah, whatever that means. So we’re very, very close. This one may have a little more honey, but other than that, it’s almost the same whisky. Strange, isn’t it?
