테이스팅 노트
스페이사이드 노카네티 인근 스페이 강가의 습한 풍토가 탐두 1989 빈티지의 19년 셰리 호그스헤드 숙성에 부드러운 결을 새겼다. 잔에는 짙은 호박빛이 잠겨 있고 노즈에는 셰리가 풀어놓은 건자두, 호두 껍질, 가벼운 가죽의 향이 또렷이 깃든다. 입에 들어오면 55.8도의 알코올과 함께 흑설탕 토피, 무화과, 시나몬의 풍미가 두꺼운 질감으로 흐른다. 여운은 셰리의 단맛과 마른 향신료로 길게 이어진다.
