테이스팅 노트
탐두 1989년이 셰리 호그스헤드에서 21년을 보내고 깊은 적갈색으로 잔에 가라앉는다. 코끝에는 말린 무화과와 대추야자, 흑설탕의 단 향이 진하게 피어오르고, 옅은 정향이 그 끝에 비친다. 한 모금 머금으면 건포도와 다크 초콜릿, 구운 견과의 풍미가 묵직하게 입을 채우고, 셰리 캐스크가 새긴 진한 단맛이 혀에 진득하게 깔린다. 50도의 기운이 단정하게 흐르며, 마지막에는 말린 과일과 오크 스파이스의 여운이 길게 이어진다.

With water: once again we’re extremely close. Maybe a little more flowery notes here, jasmine, roses. Maybe I’m dreaming… Bitter chocolate
