테이스팅 노트
노즈에서는 탐두 특유의 맥아 단맛과 버번 호그스헤드에서 온 바닐라, 잘 익은 사과 향이 드러난다. 팰럿은 21년 숙성 위로 57도의 도수가 꿀, 시트러스, 오크 향신료를 단단하게 밀어 올리며 발전한다. 셰리로 유명한 증류소의 버번 캐스크라 산뜻함이 도드라진다. 피니시는 보리 단맛과 오크 탄닌이 길게 이어지며, 스페이사이드 장기 숙성의 정제된 구조감이 명확하게 드러난다.

the lighter colour didn't suggest this would be this oloroso-y, that is to say full of raw chocolate and roasted pecans, plus toffee, old walnuts and marmalade. A monster fruitcake, dried figs, armagnac and prunes, slivovitz, chocolate, then heavy teas and an unexpected pinch of salt. With water: gets grassier and spicier, with much more cinnamon as well, as if it had been more about the oak than about the sherry
