테이스팅 노트
노즈에서는 버번 호그스헤드가 준 바닐라와 잘 익은 사과, 보리 단맛이 가장 먼저 명확하게 드러난다. 10년 숙성에 58.9도의 높은 도수를 지닌 이 1989 빈티지는 입에서 시트러스와 꿀, 옅은 오크 스파이스가 또렷하게 발전한다. 탐두 특유의 깨끗한 스페이사이드 캐릭터가 버번 우드와 균형을 단단하게 이룬다. 카덴헤드 어센틱 컬렉션으로 병입된 이 위스키의 피니시는 바닐라와 마른 오크, 옅은 후추가 길게 이어진다.

much rougher indeed, with plenty of raw malt Ovaltine-style, chocolate, burnt sugar, roasted raisins and PX. It’s got gunflints too, perhaps coal, some tea, and then more prunes and black raisins. It’s not complicated, but it works very well. With water: dead leaves aplenty, saltpetre, putty, damp grains, walnuts, cherry stems… Curiously un-fruity
restaurant 맛 (팔레트)
we’re more or less navigating between A’bunadh and Glenfarclas 105, with some heavy chocolate and raisins, and a growing grassy side, bordering rubber. Certainly good, but perhaps a bit raw. Leaves. With water: swims well! Lovely notes of tobacco and menthol, all for the better. Really benefits from water
timer 피니시
long, half-grassy, half-raisiny. Very firm. Some mustard in the aftertaste
