테이스팅 노트
잔을 흔들면 맑은 황금빛이 가볍게 잔 벽을 타고 번진다. 코끝에 가져가면 탐듀 특유의 잘 익은 과일 향과 보리, 옅은 바닐라가 산뜻하게 올라온다. 한 모금 머금으면 62.2도의 높은 도수가 혀를 강하게 자극하지만 곧 잘 익은 사과와 꿀, 향신료가 퍼진다. 물 몇 방울을 더해 삼키면 부드러워진 과일 단맛과 고소한 곡물이 혀끝에 길게 남는다.
