노즈를 열면 탐두다운 잘 익은 건과일과 진한 꿀, 오렌지 껍질이 가장 먼저 두드러지고 셰리를 머금은 오크의 향신료가 뒤따라 발전한다. 25년 숙성의 팰럿은 말린 무화과와 캐러멜, 구운 견과가 균형 있게 드러나며 오랜 숙성다운 매끄러운 구조감을 보인다. 43도의 도수는 부드럽게 정돈되어 스페이사이드 특유의 둥근 질감과 단맛을 받쳐 준다. 피니시는 옅은 오크 스파이스와 마른 과일, 꿀로 길게 이어지며, 탐두 25년이 지닌 정제되고 단정한 캐릭터가 분명하게 정리된다.
