잔을 가볍게 돌리면 셰리 벗 피니시가 더해진 짙은 황금빛이 잔 벽을 따라 흐른다. 코끝에 가져가면 바다 소금기와 건포도, 가벼운 시트러스 향이 어우러져 올라온다. 한 모금을 머금고 굴리면 56.2도의 기운 위로 마른 과일 단맛과 짭조름함이 입 안을 채운다. 천천히 삼키면 해안가 풀트니 특유의 소금기 밴 셰리 여운이 또렷이 남아 길게 이어진다.
