향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
노즈는 올드 풀트니 특유의 해안가 캐릭터로 열린다. 짭짤한 바닷바람과 함께 바닐라, 시트러스가 명확하게 올라온다. 엑스버번 캐스크에서 15년을 보낸 만큼 향은 깔끔하면서도 곡물의 단맛을 동반한다. 팰럿은 꿀과 레몬 껍질, 가벼운 소금기가 균형을 이루며 53도의 도수가 또렷한 구조감을 더한다. 피니시는 미네랄과 보리 단맛이 길게 이어지며 마무리된다.
