향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
노즈에서는 오크 캐스크에서 12년 숙성된 로열 브라클라의 잘 익은 사과와 꿀, 가벼운 시트러스 향이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 하이랜드 몰트답게 부드러운 곡물감과 오크의 바닐라가 명확하게 드러난다. 팰럿은 43도의 균형 잡힌 질감으로 배와 바닐라, 은은한 스파이스가 발전하며 구조감이 단단하다. 피니시는 드라이한 오크와 시트러스가 길게 이어지며 시그나토리 빈티지 컬렉션의 절제된 균형이 또렷이 깃들어 있다.

it’s better now but not very definite, quite spirity, a little bitter, tannic. Notes of liquorice and a little pear juice, small cider apples, burnt caramel… A rather austere dram but it’s certainly not flawed, just a little hard to enjoy in my opinion
