옅은 호박빛이 잔에 곱게 어린다. 하일랜드 로열 브라클라가 피노 셰리 캐스크에서 25년을 보낸 이 보틀링은 코끝에 마른 견과와 짭조름한 소금기, 옅은 사과의 향을 섬세하게 풀어낸다. 46도의 부드러운 질감이 혀를 감싸며 피노 특유의 고소한 짠맛과 보리, 비스킷의 풍미가 천천히 번진다. 끝에는 마른 견과의 고소함과 가벼운 산미가 은은하게 남아 드라이한 셰리의 우아함을 전한다.
