향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
여러 캐스크를 거친 흔적이 잔 속 짙은 호박빛으로 드러난다. 로열 브라클라 2000은 리필 호그스헤드와 셰리 버트, 토카이 와인통에서 22년을 보내며 말린 살구와 꿀, 잘 익은 자두의 향을 복합적으로 풀어낸다. 53도의 도수가 입에서는 마멀레이드와 건포도, 와인의 달콤한 떫음으로 둥글게 번진다. 세 가지 캐스크가 겹겹이 쌓은 층이 흥미로운 한 잔이다. 여운에는 달콤한 과일과 오크의 온기가 길게 남는다.

it’s like we’re sipping a very sweet muscat, say from Samos. Except this is stronger, of course. With water: imagine a mix of viognier, gewurztraminer and muscat. That’s rather fun too, though I reckon it could use a good deal of ice
