향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
노즈에서는 셰리 캐스크에서 비롯된 건포도와 말린 자두 향이 가장 먼저 두드러지고, 스페이사이드 특유의 보리 단맛이 뒤를 받친다. 팰럿은 59.8도 캐스크 스트렝스답게 알코올 골격이 단단하며, 호두와 다크초콜릿의 쓴맛이 진한 단맛과 균형을 이룬다. 16년 숙성이 빚은 구조감이 명확하게 드러나고, 피니시에서는 가죽과 정향의 여운이 길게 발전한다. 시그나토리가 고른 1991 빈티지답게 정통 셰리 캐릭터가 단단하다.

elegant and slightly smoky (fir smoke, toasted bread) at first nosing, developing on more fragrant notes of cedar wood, old roses, fresh orange juice and light honey. Rather delicate and very elegant. Maybe just a tad yeasty in the background, with also whiffs of barnyard after the rain (oh well…)

very sweet and very fruity, with these yeasty notes again. Belgian Gueuze Lambic? Gets then more honeyed, but there’s still a lot of strawberries and ripe pears. A tad tannic as well
