코끝에는 아카시아 꿀과 잘 익은 복숭아가 가장 먼저 닿는다. 셰리 버트에서 21년을 보낸 글렌 엘긴답게 꽃향과 과실의 단맛이 명확하게 드러난다. 팰럿에서는 꿀과 말린 살구, 가벼운 가죽이 52.5도의 단단한 구조로 발전한다. 꿀에 절인 살구의 결이 매끄럽게 이어진다. 스페이사이드다운 부드러운 우아함이 또렷하며, 피니시는 꿀과 오크 향신료가 길게 이어진다.
