this one starts with the same smokiness as in the BBR but also more greenness, grass, fresh wood (broken branch). Notes of fresh fruits in the background, strawberries, apples, some vanilla and then even more wood smoke and maybe a little coal. Charcoal. Less polished and easy than the BBR. After ten minutes: rather big notes of pils beer but I wouldn’t say this is a very yeasty malt. Also a little liquorice wood
restaurant 맛 (팔레트)
this time this one is the fruitiest, with many kinds of plums and dried fruits (apples, a little banana – not fresh) plus a nice spicy combo (ginger and pepper first). Slight roughness, maybe a tad spirity
timer 피니시
long, greener. Tannins, green tea, apple peelings. Just a tad drying in the aftertaste
