잔을 천천히 기울이면 짙은 호박빛이 유리벽을 타고 느리게 흘러내린다. 코끝을 가져가면 셰리 버트에서 익은 블라드녹의 건포도와 가벼운 가죽, 구운 견과 향이 차분하게 올라온다. 한 모금 머금으면 48.6도의 매끄러운 질감이 혀를 감싸고 말린 과일과 꿀, 로우랜드다운 산뜻함이 번진다. 넘긴 뒤에는 잔잔한 셰리 단맛이 입안에 또렷이 깃들어 옅어진다.
