잔을 빙 돌려 향을 모으면 로랜드 블라드녹의 셰리 버트가 물들인 호박빛이 유리벽을 따라 흘러내린다. 코끝에 가져가면 잘 익은 살구와 건포도, 부드러운 꿀향이 또렷하게 올라온다. 한 모금 입에 굴리면 55도의 단단함 위로 보리 단맛과 마른 과일, 옅은 향신료가 혀를 채운다. 15년 숙성답게 삼키고 나면 깔끔한 곡물과 견과가 잔잔하게 남는다.
