잔 안에 짙은 호박빛이 16년의 올로로소 셰리 숙성을 보여준다. 블래드녹답게 로우랜드 트리플 디스틸의 부드러움이 잘 익은 무화과, 흰 꽃, 옅은 가죽의 향과 함께 코를 채운다. 입에서는 46.7도의 절제된 도수가 잔잔한 단맛으로 입천장을 덮으며 흑설탕, 호두, 옅은 시나몬이 발전한다. 갤로웨이 로우랜드의 시간감이 잔향까지 또렷이 이어진다.
