잔을 가볍게 흔들면 올로로소가 입힌 짙은 호박빛이 유리벽을 타고 내린다. 코를 가져가면 블라드녹다운 건포도와 잘 익은 자두, 가벼운 향신료가 부드럽게 올라온다. 한 모금 머금으면 14년 셰리 숙성이 빚은 과실 단맛이 46.7도의 또렷한 힘으로 혀를 감싼다. 삼키고 나면 로랜드답게 깔끔한 셰리의 여운과 옅은 오크 탄닌이 입안에 길게 남는다.
