노즈에서는 주라 섬의 증류소가 빚은 잘 익은 과일과 옅은 짠내의 향이 먼저 두드러진다. 2006년 빈티지를 배럴에서 14년 보낸 이 원더 오브 스피리츠 보틀링은 54.8도에서 꿀과 보리 맥아, 가벼운 향신료의 향을 발전시킨다. 팰럿은 또렷하게 흐르며 잘 익은 사과와 바닐라, 은은한 미네랄이 단단한 구조를 이룬다. 피니시는 적당히 길게 이어지며 꿀과 옅은 오크가 남는다.
