테이스팅 노트
잔을 흔들어 향을 깨우면 주라 섬 위스키다운 맑은 황금빛이 유리벽에 얇게 감돈다. 코를 가까이 대면 아메리칸 버번 배럴이 입힌 바닐라와 잘 익은 사과, 옅은 소금기가 또렷하게 올라온다. 한 모금 입에 굴리면 54.9도의 단단함 위로 보리 단맛과 꿀, 시트러스가 혀를 채운다. 16년 숙성답게 삼키고 나면 산뜻한 과일과 광물감이 입천장을 따라 길게 이어진다.
